I have never seen pean...These look fantastic Erin! I have never seen peanut butter in a biscotti (I agree, purely American). But since the peanut butter/chocolate combo is my favorite sweet flavor profile, I'll have to try the recipe. The last time I made biscotti, I accidentally used anise oil instead of extract.
