Last Saturday I went to a cooking class with my friend Cathy. After dropping some hints, our husbands had gotten us certificates to the class for Christmas. It was a Spanish Tapas Class, and we really enjoyed it! The class was at the Wooden Spoon, a kitchen supply store in my neighborhood. They have an amazing kitchen right in the store, and everyone gets to help out with making the food. If you're in the Chicago area, I'd recommend a lesson here. We got some great ideas from the tapas class, which I'll post on here as I try them at home. For now, a few pictures...
